Parakala Matham Vaibhavam
Śrī Parakāla Maṭham — A Radiant Seat of Divine Knowledge
For centuries, Śrī Parakāla Maṭham has shone as a sacred center of divine wisdom and spiritual learning. The revered Ācāryas who adorned this Maṭham were embodiments of jñāna and bhakti — their lives illuminated by deep scriptural insight and unwavering devotion. Through their profound vyākhyānas (commentaries), tarka (philosophical reasoning), and kālakṣēpas (spiritual discourses), they nurtured and strengthened the Śrī Vaiṣṇava sampradāya.
Ācāryas and scholars from many maṭhams and sampradāyas have sought the company of Śrī Parakāla Maṭham’s revered teachers, engaging in kālakṣēpas and spiritual dialogues that enriched both heart and intellect.
Eminent scholars of the past have spoken with deep reverence of this Maṭham as a true center of knowledge and devotion. Over the generations, Śrī Parakāla Maṭham has given rise to many luminous scholars and devotees who carried forth its sacred teachings.
Today, though only a few of such venerable scholars remain among us, their presence reminds us of the glorious spiritual heritage — a lineage of divine wisdom, compassion, and service that continues to inspire seekers on the path of Śrī Vaiṣṇava sampradāya.

The Jñānāmṛtam initiative’s goal is to preserve and share the sacred wisdom of Sri Sampradayam and honor the Matham as the Seat of Knowledge for Sri Sampradayam. This committee’s focus is knowledge dissemination and education, ensuring that the treasures of our Sri Vaishnava sampradāya are preserved, taught, and shared in ways that are accurate, accessible, and inspiring for present and future generations.
With Reverence and Gratitude
We begin this effort with humility, recognizing that all success comes only through the grace of Sri Lakshmi Hayagriva and the āśīrvādam of our revered Āchāryan. We pray for his blessings, as we embark on this Kainkaryam.
