| Project History: | The current site of the Mutt has been taken over by the TTD authorities for their expansion purposes. A new venue is allotted for the construction of the Mutt-Temple complex on a more spacious site. |
| Project Features: | The new, two-level MUTT-TEMPLE has provisions for: |
- a Sanctum for Sri Lakshmi Hayagreeva
- a living apartment for the Jeeyar
- living apartments for the archakas.
- a Kalyana Mantapam with all feasible facilities such as furnished rooms
- a spacious hall
- a dining hall
- a kitchen and other amenities
- moderate living rooms for the benefit of pilgrims visiting Tirumala
- a spacious lecture hall and
- parking lot in the basement
- The foundation stone laying ceremony was held on 26th October, 1994 in the august presence of
- HH Srimad Abhinava Vageesha Brahmatantra Swatantra Parakala Maha Desikan
- HH Srimad Rangapriya Maha Desikan
- HH Srimad Satagopa Narayana Yateendra Maha Desikan of Ahobila Mutt
