Fund Raising for Mysore Mutt Operation -- The Seva Dinam Pr0gramme -- Srimukham from HH Jeer
The Mutt has launched a campaign called "The seva dinam Programme" to raise funds needed for providing a steady continuing support base for its operations and maintenance. His Holiness the Jeer has issued a Srimukham from the Mutt urging shiShyas and abhimAnis to come forward and support this campaign by sponsoring one or more kainkaryam days at the Mutt @ Rs.12,000/year (or US$300/year) per day. Sri Brahmatantra Swatantra Parakala Matham situated in Mysore City, Karanataka is one of the most ancient Srivaishnava religious institutions. It came into existence in the year 1378 A.D for the propagation of Hindu philosophy and culture based on Sri Ramanuja's Vishistadwaita Vedanta.
